Nordic Nexum is an independent consultancy providing strategic advice, hands-on support and interim leadership in operations and business transformation.
I bring extensive international leadership experience across the automotive, technology and industrial sectors, combining strategic perspective with practical execution.
Experience in quality management and certification work against ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949, translating requirements into practical processes, clear responsibilities and continuous improvement. Experience with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) as a framework for structured development processes and continuous process improvement.
Experience with SAFe, agile ways of working and traditional project management, including phased delivery, milestone management and stage-gate approaches. When delivering operations and transformation assignments, the approach is tailored to the assignment, the organisation and the need for governance and flexibility.
